A Short Ushahidi Update

Alright, so we've been really (REALLY) busy with Ushahidi over the last couple weeks. There are now over 20 volunteer developers and designers spanning South Africa, Kenya, Malawi, Ghana and the US. Ory and I were just in Kenya, and quite a few new talented devs have come on board. We've got a mobile team, design team and devs working on the core architecture. We've been doing a lot of work on the core tool, the engine that everyone will be using shortly. As we move to getting this alpha release done, it's still fairly bare bones. We're trying to keep it simple and not overdo it. There are a couple projects who will be testing it for us, some of which are decently tech-savvy, others which aren't. If you're interested in helping out, let us know. Look for our alpha release in a couple weeks!
