Ushahidi is going to Poptech!

We are thrilled to announce that Erik Hersman and Ory Okolloh have been selected to be part of the inaugural class of Pop!Tech Social Innovation fellows.  The fellowship program is intended designed to "accelerate the positive impact of their projects by connecting Fellows with world-class thought leaders and a 21st century toolkit—including the latest tools and thinking in emerging technology, design, communications, branding, funding, and scalability." This is wonderful news for us as we working on growing from a start-up organization to a well established one.  We will definitely be in good company and will report more about our experience in the upcoming months.
