The world is now on the edge of the development of H1N1 swine influenza, and wait for the next flu season. Every day we hear of the swine flu vaccination, but many people do not trust these vaccines, which are immediately ran to the market. What are the potential dangers that you should know and what you can do to protect your family's health as an alternative?

i think that in asian countries the Swine Flu did not spread rapidly compared to those countries that are located in colder climates. we should still be very thankful that the swine flu did not cause massive infections.

Actually, eating or not eating pigs and fish aren't going to do much to protect us from swine flu. It has been determined that the flu virus can't be transmitted in meats that are properly cooked (just like any other virus).. So as long as you're not eating raw pork, you should be just fine. We really need to do more to help people understand how to prevent flu from spreading, without further spreading misconceptions..
